You had a lot of text to have to get into the ad but I liked the use of different fonts, faces and sizes to make it still easy and interesting to read.

I like how the focus is on the activities the chamber has brought to the community. As you make your way through the ad you get to learn a little more about what they provide and then finally how to join. The hierarchy is on point considering the event it is advertising is basically private for members, yet they want everyone to see what they bring and encourage others to join them. I believe the design of the ad does just that.
