Judge Comment: The laugh out loud factor is what makes this photo second place for me. I mean - it's hilarious - a guy fighting a house fire with a broad spray from his garden hose??? It's perfect. But in all seriousness, I'm glad it's paired with other images to show the FD on the scene, doing work ... but gosh , that guy trying to fight the fire with his general fountain spray nozel ... classic.
